I wanted to let you know how wonderful our new mat is. I am amazed at how your mat has withheld its appearance as if we just laid it down in our foyer yesterday instead of 3 months ago.

Our new mat has been a tremendous aid in the fight to keep our lobby floor clear of excess outside debris, not to mention how well water seems to stay on the mat as opposed to being tracked across the floor. There wasn’t any kind of tread to our old mat, so not only did it soil easily, but it did not do a good job collecting unwanted materials before they entered the hotel. Our new mat has completely supplied us with the answer to that problem!

I also wanted to express to you how much I respect your determination in getting us to try your mat. We do not normally entertain the small extras such as new mats, but we are extremely delighted in the fact that you sold us on your mat. It was definitely a risk that paid off, not to mention how nicely it improved the appearance of our foyer. In closing, Mike, I just want to thank you for being on the level with us when it came to the actual sale of your mat. Your idea of paying the small extra cost to customize the size of our mat was right on the money. I believe that you truly felt that it was in our best interest to purchase one of your fine mats, rather than simply thinking of us as a targeted sale.
